MAPLE BOURBON BACON JAM CORN BREAD

Preheat oven to 325ºF. While oven is preheating, grease an 8" x 8" pan. In a large bowl, combine Traditional Sweet Corn Bread & Muffin Mix, milk, eggs, oil and Maple Bourbon Bacon Jam; mix until well blended (about 1 minute). Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake for 28-32 minutes or until edges are golden. Remove from oven. Let bread cool before cutting and serving.
